Company development history
In June 2018, the first 1GW HDT solar cell and module factory was put into production.
In 2016, the first domestic 100MW high-efficiency heterojunction solar cell production line with independent intellectual property rights was built. The conversion efficiency exceeds 23%.
In 2014, the high-efficiency monocrystalline heterojunction solar cell production line broke the conversion efficiency by 21.5%.
In 2012, the process and equipment integration of high-efficiency monocrystalline heterojunction solar cell technology was completed.
In 2008, the capacity of silicon-based thin-film solar cell production line reached 300MW.
